Sorry but I think that the Vancouver Airport personnel responsible need a
whole lot *more* criticism heaped on them. 3,200 birds of such a mixed
nature is unconscionable, to me. Foresight was evidently not in the plan
when the airport site was chosen. There are methods, perhaps, that they
have not bothered to look into or try. Such as falconry or well-trained
dogs. Both of these methods have proved successful at other airports.
