April 16, 10:15 AM - Hi, this is Neal Komedal (206) 723-4444. On Friday, the
14th at Discovery Park at the spit there between the bluff and the
lighthouse at West Point, I saw a RAVEN soaring with some CROWS and seagulls
in the gusty winds. On Thursday, there was a SNIPE at the area they call the
Utah Wetlands there at Discovery. Thanks.

April 17, 1:37 PM - Hi. Scott Downes (206-361-7073). For the past several
days there has been an adult WHOOPER SWAN at the pond at the High Cedars
Gold Course just north of Orting off highway 62. This bird is just kind of
hanging around between the grass and the pond right there near the club
house. Don't know how long it will stick around. Also of note, at the
Montlake Fill this morning there were two pairs of CINNAMON TEAL, and the
SNOW GOOSE which has been around all winter was seen again. That's about it.

April 17, 2:56 PM - This is Bob Morton (360 943 8600). Keith Brady and I
were looking at the WHOOPER SWAN this afternoon and noticing that one of the
wings is substantially shorter than the other one, giving some question
whether this bird can actually fly. I just thought you'd like to know.

April 17, 3:43 PM - A report has been received at the Audubon Society
chapter on 35th Avenue in Seattle that a BALD EAGLE was sighted in Shoreline
at the Bosley's store there by James Hopkins. The BALD EAGLE has been
sighted flying around. My name is Pauline Adams. I'm a volunteer at the
