For future tide table information, try

They have tide listings for spots all up and down both coasts
and have a good selection of locations. There were, for example,
eight spots in the Grays Harbor area alone, another dozen for
Willapa Bay.

I found it looking in Yahoo, which also listed a couple of other
sites with tide data. I didn't try the others. Also, I did not
check the quality of the tide data.
