April 22, 3:11 PM - This is Joyce Meyer (425) 881 5422. Today while on an
East Lake Washington Audubon field trip to Spencer Island we saw five
YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRDS. They were just past the barn as far as you can go
on the trail looking out into the marsh. We had them in the scope and we
also saw them flying. Of course, there were other good birds there too, but
that was the most unusual.

April 20, 6:26 PM - Hi. This is Dave Beaudette (206) 365-2083. This report
is for Snohomish County. One AMERICAN WHITE PELICAN was seen on the Everett
waterfront. The bird was on a log deck along the shore of Jetty Island and
was viewed from Marine Park, which is next to the public boat launch. Also,
just to the north along the waterfront at the Northview area were 2,000
DUNLIN, 500 WESTERN SANDPIPERS, and two CASPIAN TERNS. Good birding!
