I've seen RL Hawks around Malhuer (eastern Oregon) in late April so I
suspect a small number trickle north even into early May. I've been hearing
regular reports from Idaho in recent weeks and we saw one in Whitman Co., WA
on Saturday. In cool springs they might be expected even until mid May.
