Tweets, I am planning a trip for about two weeks mid to late June, to
Virginia, then Vermont. I have never birded the east before, and plan to fly
to Baltimore, rent a car to drive to Roanoke Va.(where my youngest son
now lives) and drive back, take a train, or be picked up by my mother and
head to Quechee Vermont for about a week. Does anyone have any info on
birding in these two areas? I do plan to take my time to and from Balt.,
but may be limited in Vermont. I really want to get my stepdad out and try to
find a Bicknells thrush, as well as alot of other breeding birds.
His hearing is very poor, and this is the only way he will get any quality
birdwatching done. Any ideas, or websites I could visit for information?
Thanks, Vicki Biltz sawwhet85b at netscape.net
