hey everyone,
I won't go into the details of the pelagic, since I don't have all the
numbers of what we saw, though our highlights, at least for me were 2
Pomarine Jaegers, Both Red and Red-necked Phalaropes, Fork-tailed Storm
Petrels and about 500 Pink-footed Shearwaters.
After the pelagic, I made a quick stop at the pond on Brady Loop Road. It
was just hopping with activity:
1 GREATER YELLOWLEGS
2 LESSER YELLOWLEGS
1 WILSON'S PHALAROPE
8 LONG-BILLED DOWITCHERS
25 WESTERN SANDPIPERS
15 LEAST SANDPIPERS
1 SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER
1 PECTORAL SANDPIPER
I'll just stick with posting the shorebirds, since I am extremely tired right
now, though I am pleased with my first ever 3 Phalarope species day, and all
in Gray's Harbor County.

Good Birding!
