Hi Tweeters

When I posted the request for info for a South Carolina
birder, I left off Harlequin Duck. I have seen them
regularly in the Port Townsend area but believe it may
be to late for them at this time of the year. It would be a
good drive out there but I would like to use the limited time
productively. Also, Point No Point has had no postings lately,
could someone that has birded that area let me know what
has been seen there recently.

Anybody been seeing Orcas in the Sound?? That would
be a nice finale for an Easterner!

He is quite happy with what he has seen but you know how
birders are, gotta try for every last one. It is also good to
see someone take the time to appreciate each bird and
generally be interested in the flora and fauna. Even when
he nearly steps on a rattler. No harm done to the snake or us.
