Things continue very strange. Where are Buller's Shearwaters, jaegers,
alcids, cetaceans and pinnipeds? Some spp., like Sooties, are fairly
impressive in numbers and Pink-foots are looking more like we're used to, but
other regulars like California Gulls are relatively almost scarce. We haven't
encountered a Flesh-footed Shearwater all year. Red-legged Kittiwake kind-of
makes up for things.
