hello tweets,

here is a picture of the last known wild male spix's macaw, the
individual that seems to have disappeared. this picture is with
a small article about the captive-breeding project, the
unsuccessful re-introduction project where a formerly wild female
spix's macaw was released for this lone male (along with her
picture), and also includes a picture of the "caatinga" habitat
that is referred to in the previous article.
