While looking for the white buteo at the Ridgefield Refuge River "S"
Unit on Nov. 7th, I again saw the juvenile Red-shouldered Hawk in the
narrow row of trees west of the entrance parking lot restrooms.
The "Harlan's" Red-tailed Hawk is still at the south end of Rest Lake
and eight Snow Geese were with the flocks of Cackling Canada Geese.
Several flocks of calling Sandhill Cranes flew over.
