Columbia Estuary Report - 12/9/2000
Buckey Barnett has an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER coming to his
hummingbird feeder along with several ANNA'S HUMMINGBIRDS.
Steve Warner reports 2 HARLEQUIN DUCKS are regularly coming
to the outflow near the Pizza Castle on the Necanicum River,
Seaside.
A BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE was with 100+ MEW GULLS on Hammond
Boat Basin today. Two LEAST SANDPIPERS were roosting on the dock.
There were also 3-4 kittiwakes at SJCR.
There are still CLARK'S GREBE mixed in with the WESTERN
GREBES on Youngs Bay.
