Bob Sundstrom and I also dipped on the Snowy at the DOT facility
Thursday morning (the 7th). But we did have to opportunity to study
an immature Northern Goshawk perched in a tree just west of the
building -- close enough to get excellent long looks with a scope
from the parking lot. It was still there when we left.
