my B&L elites are about 4 years old and the focusing knob developed a
sloppiness. I saw the Bushnell rep at a birding festival and he said to just
mail them in for repair.
I did and also asked them to replace the connectors that hold the neck strap
since they were worn thin from swinging around my neck.
They were returned two weeks later, cleaned, repaired, new neck strap and it
cost me $32.00 in shipping, (both ways).
