A much belated report from Marymoor for last Wednesday the 27th of Dec.
Jim McCoy joined me on an overcast day which threatened, but never
rained. It was a quiet end of December day, but was a good one with 10
species of ducks, 5 species of sparrows, good views of 7 Great Blue
Herons in the trees and nice looks at Hairy and Downy Woodpeckers. We
wound up with 45 species, satisfying for winter

I will be going out this coming Wednesday, Jan 3rd 2001 starting at 7:30
from the west end of the west Dog Training Area parking lot (Michael
gets back very early that day - he "most likely won't be out". Join me
if you can.
