RibbonWalk, Charlotte's Botanical Forest, seeks an environmentally
minded person as Office Manager at its stunningly beautiful 154-acre
nature reserve 10 minutes from downtown Charlotte.
Half-time, five-day (usually 9 am-1 pm, Monday-Friday; occasional
Saturdays or evenings). Position begins ASAP. Good people skills in
person and on phone a must. Proficient in word processing, databases,
financial software. $180-$225 per week, net pay; may lead to
full-time in next year.
Includes some opportunities for walking the nature trails and
birdwatching at various times during the week, depending on work load
and deadlines. Position reports to the acting executive director.
