This is just a reminder that tonight, Monday February 7, will be the next
Washington Ornithological Society membership meeting:

FEBRUARY
On February 7th, Roarke Donnelly, with the College of Forest Resources at the
University of Washington, will discuss the conservation of native songbirds in
the urbanizing Puget Sound. Development continues to encroach on relatively
intact forest, negatively impacting native songbird communities. Factors
potentially limiting the productivity of native populations and methods for
incorporating this knowledge into wildlife management policy will be explored.

Monthly Membership Meetings are held at the Center for Urban Horticulture on
the University of Washington campus and are open to all. The social begins at
7:00 pm and the program starts at 7:30 pm.
