As you can tell from Andy Stepniewski's "Arctic Loony" e-mail today, there
seems to be a varying degree of belief about the true identity of the loon
that is being seen at Priest Rapids.

We need someone to get a good photograph of this bird to set the record
straight. The bird has been seen on at least six different days since Andy
and Ellen Quiring first saw it on Jan. 17 but no one has photographed it.
There probably isn't a whole lot of time remaining for seeing this one.

Go get 'um you ace photographers!
