There is a verry dark Lesser-Black-backed Gull on Joe Morlan's Gallery.
Look at:

I find the photos of the Lesser Black-backed Gull in Walla Walla verry
light a shade darker as the California Gull.Is it possible that there have
lighter shades of gray in Lesser Black backed?
