I'm hoping the considerable expertise on tweeters can help me out.

I'm under the distinct impression I read a report somewhere that there was a
report of a Eurasian Wigeon (Anas penelope) breeding on the North American
continent.

I searched my personal library for corroborative material but find none. Can
anyone out there help me out? Please?
