Tweeters: Does anyone know the location of a dump with overhead gull
wires or ropes? A system was in place at the Vashon Island dump, but was
taken down when a transfer station was operational. Port Angeles was
installing the poles for overhead wires several years ago but I haven't
been back to see if it was finished. A colleage from Finland is working
with dumps and gulls and would like some pictures or perhaps will send an
engineer over to check out the system.
