Date: Mid-June 1997
Location: Boundary Lake, n.e. BC along the Alberta/BC border
Description - A male Lesser Scaup in every way until it stretched its
neck upward. Then one could see a typical Ring-necked Duck chestnut
collar.
Apparently these two species do mess around to some extent.
