The Lower Columbia Basin Audubon Society's annual spring birding field
trip onto this over 100 sq. mile plot of restricted access, federally
protected shrub steppe with elevations ranging from approximately 500 ft
above sea level to approximately 3600 ft above sea level is set for April
29. Anyone interested in participating should contact me off list ASAP
for details, as there are currently only five spots remaining unfilled.
