On the Kitsap County, WA CBC today I found a bird here on Bainbridge
Island that I believe to be a hybrid Eurasian x American Wigeon. It was a
male with a green eyestripe but with cream colored cheeks. I know that a
few pure Americans can have Cream colored cheeks, this bird also had
flanks that were a mixture of gray and pink. The gray was at theside and
the pink was toward the chest. Any comments?
