Dear Tweeters,
In my wanderings through the Fill, yesterday, Wednesday, I thought I saw an
immature Snow Goose, Chen caerulescens, Tribe Anserini. The Canada Geese
nearby, were significantly larger. It was standing on a log in the lagoon
that is visible from the southwest corner of the loop trail. In early
November, I saw what I presume is the same goose on part of the loop trail
running parallel to the dime lot. There has been one posting since then
about said goose. Has anyone else noticed this goose? Is it what I think it
is?
Thanks,
Elinor Powicke
