Some friends and I went tromping through the Arboretum and Foster Island.
Inspite of the fact I was the only one interested in birding, I managed to
see some special tweeties.

Greater Scaup!!!!!
Common Merganser
Bufflehead
The entire TEAL FAMILY!
Greenwing
Bluewing
Cinnamon

Canada Geese, including a smaller one, perhaps a "lesser" or Cackler
Coots, lots and lots of coots!

Grebes!
Pied Billed
Western
Other, either eared or horned in winter plumage

Mallards
Gadwall
Ring Neck Duck
Scaup, GREATER!!!!!
American Wigeon
Canvasback

Small Tweeties!
Anna's Hummingbird
Sparrow......large & dark poking around on the ground.
Fox??? Or large Song?
Kinglets! I think they were Ruby Crowned
Black Capped Chickadees
House or Purple Finch.....It's head was quite raspberry colored
Another small tweetie with lots of yellow on its breast.

Whew! What a day!
