Hi Tweeters--
Got to do this quick cuz it's late and got a long day
tomorrow, but it occurred to me that there may just
possibly be a Tweeter out there who'd like to know
about these bird things I have for sale.

We are moving very soon to a MUCH smaller home and I'm
having to jettison some of my precious books. Some of
them are bird books cuz I just have too many to take
them all. We're having a Moving Sale so will be open
all day tomorrow (Sunday) from 9 am to 5 pm and I have
these books on the sale shelf:

A Passion for Birds by Hoskings (bird photographer)

Valonmaa (Finnish for "Land of Light") which isn't
strictly a bird book but is a beautiful picture book
about Finland which seems to have a bird on almost
every other page as it is mostly about the nature
there. So if someone is into Scandinavian birds it
might be nice. Has English text in it.

Two little European/British bird books: Hamlyn Nature
Guide called "Birds" with photos, nice little
description, and Kingfisher Guide "Birds", also nice
pics.

I'm selling these dirt-cheap, $5.00 for the two big
"coffee table" books and $3.00 for the two smaller
guides.

I also have, for $5.00, a (well, I'lljust type in what
it says on the front) LIFE SIZE IN AUTHENTIC COLOUR
(skill level 12 years and over) BIRDMOBILE
EASY-TO-MAKE CARD SCULPTURES OF WILD BIRDS IN FLIGHT
of a MERLIN (Falco columbarius) MALE--COMPLETED
SCULPTURE 25 CMS X 51 CMS. which I bought ages ago and
never had time to make. Still in original plastic
sleeve, color on heavy paper, NOT perforated, so you
better be handy with an Xacto knife, but the photo on
the front looks pretty cool (overlapping feather
layers, feet hanging down, wings outspread, etc.)

Well, sorry this is such late notice, I'm a bit balmy
from late nights getting ready to move on short
notice, but suddenly realized my Tweeter buds might be
interested. We're in Bellevue--find 132nd bordering
the east side of Bridle Trails State Park and look for
47th and a MOVING SALE sign and then follow them to
our house on 45th. I'll check this in the morning
right before we open at 9 a.m. and if anyone has
e-mailed me that you are interested I'll pull the
books off the shelf.
