Greetings!

I am finally giving myself a chance to see both the Slaty-backed Gull and
Eurasian Kestrel. I will be in the Seattle area from about noon next
Friday (1/21) until Monday (1/24) evening. Before I arrive, I'd like to
find out the very latest on each species. Do any of you know if there are
"best times" for either of these birds (morning or evening, etc)? Is
anyone else going to try for either species next weekend?
