They are all over my feeder fighting with two Spotted Towhees
and several Varied Thrushes for possession. Actually they
aren't fighting, they are taking advantage of the other two
species' conflict and sneaking on to get the seeds. We have
several inches of snow on the ground (this happened today, right
now they are probably sleeping).

I can't see that much crimson in these birds so maybe I'm
mis-identifying them or maybe it's my eyes. They sure look like
Song Sparrows otherwise.

I'll see if I can hear them singing tomorrow and maybe that'll help
me ID em. If I confirm that they are sparrows, I'll try to get a
recording and post a .wav somewhere. But don't hold your breath.
