On Friday there is a public hearing in Portland re: the biological status
of the WGS (in Oregon). The ODFW has recommended their listing as
endangered and the decision is to be made on Friday after the hearing.
Apparently there hasn't been much public interest yet, so now is your
chance to be heard.
