Hi Tweeters

I'm a danish guy stydying at Washington State University, which
desperatly needs to know about good birdwatcing places nearby Pullman. So
far Pullman hasn't been much of a challenge, I still need a
couple of hundreds westcoast ticks. I'll better look for them since they
apparently don't come to Pullman, so any surgestions are welcome.
(I don't have a car nor a bike, so I'm quite grounded)

I' m mostly interested in birds that every now an then turns up in Europe
as rarities (e.g ducks, shorebirds), but besides that I guess there is
some birds that I must see before leaving US (e.g Bald Eagle).

I have a little knowledge about american birds from Europe, East US and
Central America, so I'm not completely new in the birds over here.

Should there be any birdwatchers in Pullman that might need someone to
join them on their trips I'll be happy to go. In that case I'll tell a
little about my self. I'm 28 years and have been birding the last 15
years or so. I twitch everything in Denmark almost no matter what, and I'm
in the top 15 of danish birdwatchers (yes I'm the competitive type). I'm
also the former holder of the Danish Birdracerecord.
I'm the coeditor of the danish birdmagazine where I have my own
column too (about the presence of rare birds in DK)
