Dear Tweets,

I'm noticing the fur...er, feathers are flying again, and Don Baccus and
Michael Price are not even here throwing their weight around! Dangnation, I
miss those guys! Just FYI, I don't have an opinion on the current
conflict...I'm just enjoying the different points of view AND the intensity
with which they are being expressed. If I don't watch out, I might learn
something. It is this quality which makes Tweeters unique and not as bland
as other "birdchats." Brings up a little nostalgia for the "bad old days."
Now I'm wondering how long it will take for someone else to leave in a huff
or get banned or otherwise ostracized. Hope not. For those of you who feel
like you're getting flamed or otherwise abused, I recommend fresh oxygen and
eyes to the sky. Then come back and tell us what you saw (lame gulls
included).
