You cruel inhumane beast. How could you let this sick siskin suffer while you engage in self-indulgent voyeurism, photographing the poor birdy as it suffers. Forget the camera. Grab the net, catch the poor beastie and carry it to the nearest rehabber, post haste.

just spent a few hours photographing at my feeders. there's one
slightly lethargic, feeder-hogging siskin (probably ill) that i was able
to use my macro lens and flash on.

working distance (end of lens to subject) on that lens is 11.5 inches
!!!!
