Hello Tweeters,
I ventured down to the Simpson Mill to see the ICELAND GULL late in the
afternoon today. The bird was sitting in the river and later came ashore
into the parking lot. The gull made its rounds checking things out
before heading back into the river. Also a PEREGRINE FALCON was sitting
atop of one of the towers at the mill. I don't think the falcon will
bother the gull, since falcons like to hit their prey in the air, but
then again, i'm NOT a expert on falcon behavior.
