I have to second Tom's recommendation on "Redtails in Love". It is a
delightful read.
And a footnote. After reading the book last spring, I by happenstance
ended up in NYC staying right next to Central Park. Went out early one
morning, got to see the famed "bird register" and meet some of the
regulars. What a lovely way to connect with a community of like-minded
folks in the BIG city.
