Hello to everyone on tweeters!

Today ( 1-31), I noticed a CROW harassing a ROCK DOVE colony on my high
school. Actually, this is around the 4th time I have caught he/she ( most
likely a male) attacking the ROCK DOVES. He is very smart on how to approach
the DOVES but their tumble escape gets them to safety every time. Around
lunch time when all the birds come to take scraps, he will fly full speed at
the remaining DOVES on my school and when they fly off he follows with great
determination! He/she itself actually does a little tumble display too, but
I think its just a little game of harassment unless practicing its "new
moves" to keep other males off his territory. :o)(in falconry, they are a
great joy to hunt)


P.S. I have had a musket sharpie hunting a few times around my feeders and
thanks to the chickadees and kinglets, I was quickly informed of the
predator in my yard, but I have never seen an accipiter give up so easy! A
lot of my coops will try over and over, although most accipiters are
sprinters and will give up.
