Hello, Tweets

I hate to get involved in this, but I really do feel strongly that the list
is under Dan Victor's command and whether we like it or not we should
follow the rules set down. To have to go through a "dreaded cat thread"
every 3-4 months is unacceptable, in my mind. There is a wonderful website
about this subject prepared by the American Bird Conservatory. Please go
there for information: <http://www.abcbirds.org/catindoo.htm> They have a
wonderful array of cat-bird subjects to look through.

I don't think we can overlook the tolerance of Dan Victor in regard to our
sometimes volatile list. We all care and many of us are very opinionated.
Let's keep the list like it is meant to be.
