Subject: bird ID puzzle

I too think this was a Frigatebird. I actually saw a Frigate just 3 weeks
ago in Somerset County, NJ cruising thermals over a reservoir with a kettle
of Turkey Vultures. Same bird? Mass FRIGATE confusion?
