sorry but in my stupor earlier this am i neglected to post the legend for
reading the bird list. a couple of people have inquired about
interpretation.

order is listed in bold caps, below that is family. under that is listed
genus and species. then the date of trip report, number seen (often a very
rough estimate), whether the bird was heard (yes/no), whether a female was
seen (yes/no) and finally the common family name. the next line may list
the location seen if it was recorded. hope that clears up the confusion.
lots of things seem to get lost in reformatting!!
