Good report, Michael. A pair of Western Scrub-Jays fledged young
from a nest in Enumclaw a few years ago (in 1994?). This was the
first nesting record for King County. Successful nesting was
reported in Seattle last year. Any and all reports of nesting
activity by this species in King County would be appreciated for
Seattle Audubon's breeding bird atlas. Thanks!
