This morning I went up to Point-No-Point to see if the W-FI
moved up to that area of Kitsap County, however, it proved a no-show. I did
find a breeding plumaged WILSON'S PHALAROPE and a BULLOCK'S ORIOLE, male and
female. Not bad for a Saturday morning. Also, I saw a BREWER'S BLACKBIRD
busy feeding a young BROWN-HEADED COWBIRD!
The WF was seen in the shallow ponds behind the lighthouse,
while the BO were in a large tree just next to the gate going back to Vic
Nelson's trailer park. He was singing and very visable.
