Hi Tweets,
On Saturday, Cindy Sprecher and I went over to Kingston and looked for the
White-faced Ibis, with no success. Anybody see it this weekend?

we walked around Spencer Island yesterday (Sunday) morning. Highlights
included:
A GREEN HERON fly-over at the parking lot
A 'family' of VIRGINIA RAILS in the marsh about half way along the road from
the parking lot to the bridge.
Over 50 WILLOW FLYCATCHERS, evenly spaced around the loop trail,
'fitz-bew'ing loudly.
A pair of EASTERN KINGBIRDS, (previously reported by Steven Mlodinow) about
1/4 mile south of the NE corner of the outer loop trail.
Over 100 YELLOW WARBLERS
The Kingbirds seem to be nesting and are quite active and vocal...worth
checking out.

Cheers,
Rick Romea
