I bought two Stewardship permits in March and they have already faded to
almost pure white. Has anyone else had this problem? Is having a white
Stewardship permit shaped sticker sufficient to avoid a ticket?

Is anyone else anal enough to wonder why Fish and Game insists on calling
them decals when they're really just stickers, and not very well made ones
at that?!!!
