Hellow Jerry and Tweeters.
Since we are birding all the time I should mention that Lazuli Buntings are
not considered rare any more in western Washington.For instance at Nisqually
NWR they have been reported least four times and maybe more this year.They
are on Fort Lewis and every year on the Weir Prairie, near Rainier, and on
the Clear-Cut in Lacy. There been reported several years back also in the
Kent Ponds and the list goes on .Also a friend of mine what lives in Graham
has them on the feeder almost every year. Russell Rogers keep records of
sightings in western Washington and probably has a long list of this
species.
