here in Olympia the local Humane Society will loan you
a Hav-a-hart live trap. After paying a small fortune in
Vet bills for his cat, my neighbor trapped a feral tom
cat.. I imagine Everett Humane Society would have them
as well.

set it near the bird feeder and you should trap the
cats.. be advised you may also get a skunk, possum
or whatever else is out there.
