Bonnie Chartier (A Birders Guide to Churchill, American Birding
Assoc., 1994) recommends between the last week in May and the second
week in July for general birding. For wildflowers, mid-June to late
July. For Polar Bears, mid-October to November.

Churchill can be reached only by rail or air from Winnipeg. There are
a number of tour companies going into Churchill also.
