Subject: BOUNDARY BAY ACCESS THREATENED!!!

Dear Tweeters,

Virtually every day, I read Tweeters via the Siler digest. Yesterday (6/20)
it had a reference to Michael Price's post on Boundary Bay access issues by
Bob Mauritsen, which also included a response from Ilene Weber. In response
to my inquiry, Ilene was kind enough to forward a copy of Michael's original
post to me so I could read it for myself. Typically, it was packed with
important information that is relevant to both a developing controversy and
its historical precedents. Because Boundary Bay is such an important birding
resource to me (30 minutes away), I really appreciated Michael's informed
and invaluable perspective.

My question: Why didn't it appear in digest form? Is there criteria that
would exclude it? I'm certain that others access Tweeters as I do. I'm
concerned that a significant portion of the readership may have been
deprived of this information. Is my concern justified? Can anyone enlighten
me?
