Hi Coll,

The only place in Washington that Bobwhites are established, that I know of,
is the south sound area (Fort Lewis). However, Bobwhites and Chukar are the
favorite birds for dog trial folks to use. The birds are released and the
dogs go and get them, well at least most of them. Some birds are lost and
not recovered. So, yes, it is possible to see a Bobwhite in the San Juans.
