I have just found and purchased a copy of Elmo Stevenson's
Key to the Nests of Pacific Coast Birds (1942 Oregon State
Monographs).

I don't know how rare this monograph is, but I will be making
a photocopy master of the keys section and will send copies
upon request to those who send me a SSAE.
