The only rodents my feeder has ever attracted were squirrels. Check your
lease. If there is no ban on birdfeeders in the lease, they can't do it
until the lease expires. This is per the landlord tenant act. Landlords
cannot add new things to your lease (including new rules) while it is in
effect.
